starts from received date. count the delivery date as first day.

actually it's 45 business days. so for instance u will exclude weekends and public holidays when counting the 45 business days

no it's 15 business days for eb1a. the USCIS support team confirmed I am eligible for refund as they missed the 15 days deadline and the refund form is submitted.

what is block number?

it will be in the start of your receipt number. For example our receipt numbers starts something like this right - IOE-09-289-xxxxx. In this, the block is IOE-09-289.

@PM, M yeah mine is same as well. doesn’t imply anything, its just that we can verify which blocks are getting processed first.

@Ms A that's random though, with the block number. because we can't differentiate between Texas and Nebraska or other centers with IOE. I see that some I-140 cases are approved in 3 days. even IOE-09-291 are getting approved

nope, submitted on 12/12, under processing on 12/16. due to holidays and such I believe Jan 3 will be my 15 business day mark.

if your lawyer provides a Fax number, they send it by Fax. if not by mail. chances of approval after RFE depends on your profile and your lawyers ability to convince the officer. Good luck !

guys ! my attorney just informed me that the case got approved. it was email from the premium processing unit Nebraska. my case status hasn't changed Online date of Filing - 12/12/2024 ; Date of Approval - 01/01/2025 ; Happy New Year 😍

The ones who are waiting for this long, industry profile or research profile? Trying to see if there is a pattern for slower updates.. may be it requires more time to evaluate comparable evidence rather than traditional objective evidence.. just curious... @PM, M, Ms A Nataly P etc?

guess the delays are related with the new EB2-NIW guidance posted.

I think the pattern may have to do something with the use of comparable evidence.. If there is direct evidence like the ones like a specific number of citations, judging etc then they evaluate it quickly.. cases that require a more nuanced adjudication take time.. Even if you use comparable evidence, if there is enough direct evidence then you may get the response... Ms A, does that seem likely for you? did you use comparable evidence? I have used it and thats what I think is going on.
