pd march 29th 2021 , still waiting , two expedite request denied . they told me that they aware of the delay in processing of this type of application but at this time, files will only be expedited if a true emergency exists. The I-765 teams are diligently working to manage the backlog and process expedites, as well as tackling the normal first in/first out inventory. they apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. I’m stressed out 😰.

I am on c9 and off work for over 5 months now. there are other waiting even longer.. Nebraska is taking their sweet time

Nebraska are playing submitted i-765 April 16 2021 upto now nothing Status never changed since only stating case received like am so mad just lost a job offer!!

the Nebraska center is indeed playing. I believe they go back and forth on the dates because I was pd april 1/2 and received an approval on my C8 EAD renewal one week short of 7.5 months. I saw people who filed later, in May, receive their C8 EAD's from the same center in October. and now with Thanksgiving upon us, this week might be over. best of luck to all of you, my friends! 🙏
