In my case the first thing they did was giving me a rfe. FO are super slow, when everything is fine and legit NBC approves right away.

your case is being handled. with a possible interview or waived interview. so many factors at once is hard to tell, but my case too was transferred from nbc to fo and my case is legit lol

it’s good news. I think all cases go to a field office. somwtimes they approve them there and sometimes they send them back to NBC for approval. because it went to a field office does not mean an interview has been requested. best of luck

find it weird tho they couldn’t provide me with a date or I haven’t received any updates on the case apart from asking Emma, fingers crossed it’s heading in the right direction

all cases HAVE to get transferred to FO. even if some people think it’s nbc who approved, no, nbc just issues approval notice, but all cases go to FO and it’s there where they are either approved, interview or RFE.

if you want a date just ask another agent, they can tell you when it was transferred
