If the case moves to NBC then generally it gets approved within one to four months depending on whether there is anything else they need like medicals or something else.

@S SS what if the case goes directly to NBC? my i-140 went to Texas Service Center but my i-485, i-131 and i-765 showed up directly in NBC.

@Lolo Messi I would feel myself very lucky if my case never goes to Texas service center. If your case @ NBC you are lucky.

My case was transferred from TSC to NBC in Dec. Its been 3 months now (although I got current on Jan 1). Still wanting!
