NBC OR FIELD OFFICE?
if you submitted a form and you know it’s missing a signature. NBC accepted it and when you ask Emma they say it’s at the field office what does that mean? wouldn’t NBC ask for RFE before sending it to field office? or field office can also give RFE?

Mine has been @ the Service Center NBC since November 2022 that I filed my case, I was told my file was transferred to the field office few days ago precisely on the 11th. I am currently expecting to hear from the field office & if they will waive my interview just as NBC did.

@A B it can come from both, Service Center or Field Office.

@JENNIE . thanks so much this has helped… it’s crazy tho how the agents can give information.. I asked when was mine transferred they told me they can’t tell me but I see ppl that are able to say when their own was transferred 🤦🏾♀️

@A B when U are talking with the USCIS Live Agent ask 1. Pls I would like to know the progress of my case? 2. Have I been scheduled for interview or has interview been waived? They will give U every details they have about your case.
