I submitted my I-824 on November 10,2022. My case was located at Potomac service center. After submitting three inquiries, one ombudsman’s req and one congresswoman req, my case was transferred to NBC service center. After two weeks at NBC, my case was transferred to NVC. For everyone waiting never give up on hope. keep fighting for your spouse case. I wish this brings you luck.

I submitted an ombudsman req online and a request with my state’s congresswoman. You can also send an email to your local senator for assistance.
