Naturalization process
Hi everyone, does someone know: if I just became resident, but I have almost 5 years living in the US as an international student, I am married to a US citizen and my baby was born here in the US, Is there any possibility to do the naturalization sooner? #naturalizacion #citizenship

you’re eligible after 3 years if you’re still married to the same person, 5 years if not married to the same person. count from the date of your approval till 3 or 5 years.

@Laura Gutierrez it doesn’t matter if you been here for a million years. the law is clear, you have to be a permanent resident(green card) for 3years if obtained by marriage and you still with the same person, 5 years if not obtained through marriage or with the same person initially married to. the only way to get it faster and skip those years is by joining the military
