i have a question. i am Lpr and i am married outside of the states, and we are waiting for 130 to be approved. my husband is still outside of the states as well. i have the date to apply for n400 soon and i wanted to know, how should i put the marriage status? its only me who does taxes and obviously, he doesnt work or live here, so he doesnt have a social.

Your marital status is married. Isn't that the basis on which you filed the i-130? Both applications should reflect the same marital status. You can mark the other items as N/A or leave them blank.

thank you. i thought that because the marriage took place outside us, he might needed to be present here to be legal.
