Hi, I had my interview yesterday (08-09-2021) I passed the citizenship test! Today I was exicited to see the update and found out that my oath ceremony got cancelled. I never got one and already got cancelled whereas my friend had interview 3days before me and she got her ceremony date on 23rd of this month. I would appreciate if someone can help me about this situation.

when I got my citizenship. they gave me my certificate no ceremony . usually you can have a rapid personal ceremony at the interview. there really is no need for an elaborate ceremony those are just used to promote the path to citizenship. congrats on becoming a citizen.

didn’t hear anything from them. they said I will get my oath in 2months it’s been 2 months
