I chatted Emma today and was informed that my case has been transferred for a third time to the NBC. It started in Potomac, then Baltimore, California, and now NBC. Is that normal? What does that mean? I was under the impression that counsular processing didn’t necessarily need to go to the NBC. I’ll be celebrating two years soon lol. At least I’ll be in Canada this summer to see my spouse.

2 years not normal. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@Victoria N, nope, I’ve yet to receive an RFE which is what makes me feel a bit nervous and uneasy. I know those take additional time to process as well. I’m worried this is going to drag out for at least three years at this point
