@Bill : ) I also spoke with a live agent the other day and my case is also at NBC, they can make the final decision when an interview is not required. If they send your case to a local field office, it will most likely be an interview.

@Bill : ) @vitaliy 123 I got rfe from Local Field Office and I responded to FO but NBC received my SuppJ and sent confirmation notice .. Its already 65 days no update so far.. Never got the interview or schedule interview.. yesterday I asked to emma live agent about my case where is it processing they said its at Local FO .. I am so confused here , cuz I never got update of transferring the case ?? 🤔🤔

@Bill : ) my PD is July 29,2021.Last month I made a service request to USCIS out of normal processing time and earlier this week I made a request through the congressman's office. No response yet.

my pd is march 2021. i sent my rfe to local FO in June 2025. i got an update fingerprints taken on Sept 04 2025. After checking with live agent, my case was transferred to NBC. my guess is they transferred my case from local FO to NBC after receiving my rfe. it has been no updates since then. should I make a congressional inquiry?

@Yeah Cool , no update yet! still waiting.I had RFE for medical in June 2023, so my medical is expired now !

@vitaliy 123 Same boat. I talked with them and said they don’t need anything from me, everything is ok and nothing change in my case and it is still in NBC
