@Dharmesh Jha It's good as cases moved to Non-local don't get an interview. However, approval time varies from 2 weeks to 2 months.

@Dharmesh Jha most likely your case approve soon. In rare case, if officer feels interview to be carried out then again move to local field office. Hope your case approve soon w/o RFE by non local officer. Good luck

@Charlie SC I hope that’s the case. After multiple rounds of chats with Emma, I was able to get them to say that my case moved to a field office. The downside is that the processing time of Nashville FO is almost 30 months😒

@Dharmesh Jha - My case moved to a non local FO which had a processing time of 46 months - Oakland Parks and then it got transferred to my local FO for interview. I feel they transfer it to such busy offices only for interview review and then move them.

My case moved to Cincinneti FO (non local) on 09/06/24 from NBC, and my case approved today. So, I think it is good news to be transferred to the other FO. Good luck with your case.

@So P Congratulations on the approval. what’s your PD and RD? Cincinnati has one of the lowest processing times, 10.5 months.

mine and @So P timeline is pretty similar,mine was submitted on july 15

@So P congratulations on your approval, my case is in local fo, San Francisco that the processing times 11 months, I dont know SF is a fast office or not

Did you hear back anything from your case? Mine was transferred to Nashville FO in early July 2024, but still haven't heard anything since then
