NAME WAS UPDATED
i applied Vawa application on September 2021 and 5 days ago status was changed to “Name Was Updated” although I didn’t request any name or address change. have someone experience something like that, to know if it’s good or bad sign 🤞🏽 thanks.

If you’re a female then that explains why. If a female still has their abuser name attached to their name they update it to the female maiden name without their request. Which is pretty good because who want to have to live with their abusive name. I hope this help @o a

I have a lawyer, I called him to ask why they status has changed but he didn’t have answer for me 🤷🏽‍♂️

that shit means nothing, I applied Jan 2021 and July 2022i got namewas updated and is a year now nothing else have change,
