Name change
Hi all! just a quick question! I married my hubby in march and we filed in may. I have got receipt but nothing else yet. I know it's a long wait so no problem there. My question is: How do I change my name? I have no legal documentation yet as waiting for EAD to apply for Driver's license. How do I inform USCIS to change name?

once you put just your married name on the documents they will automatically put same on the documents you will be getting

you can change at the time of interview.

but I thought you need to change your name in SSN first before you can change your name?
