N400 with a pending I751
I had a combo interview on my N400 and I751 application sometime in May 2023. The interview went well according to my attorney as I and my spouse were interview separately. However the officer was unable to make a decision till date and presently my case status status on my I-751 application states that case my case have been transferred.
2 days ago I tried to check the case status for my minor kids who have a pendng adjustment of status application filed by my wife and the status states that interview was scheduled for them. Please anyone with such experience, please kindly share with me your experience and if I need to go with current paperwork as regards to my marriage.

I haven’t encountered this kind of situation. I also applied for my I 751 with my child in November 2023. If you are interviewed separately, might be your evidence isn’t strong enough or they see some red flag. This is my opinion.

so if I may ask how old are your minor kids ? and did u have them while’s married to your current wife or before and if none of the above are they your current wife’s biological children too ?

You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

Congratulations! When was your interview? I did interview 4 days ago and a combo interview was done but still no updates on my portal for n400 or 751. Officer said they will approve me but none so far.

@Tito Prehtor Not at all. We have long gone for interview and atatus changed to case actively being reviewed and that is where it is at the moment.
