I see a few Tampa filer who filed in November got call for interview and got thier citizenship

Regarding the FOIA, it's a disclosure to release your records from NARA to USCIS without all the administrative stuff, which makes it faster

There is nothing a lawyer can do for you. Be patient, for Tampa the normal time is about 6 months, you should get your interview notice before end of April am sure.
