N400 RFE
so my wife received N400 RFE from FO back in June 21, they requested additional evidence for our marriage. I submitted all the documents and sent them by USPS with tracking number and signature required. The tracking showed that they have received on July 11 but they have not updated any status on our case since. its been over 3 months but no news or update, still nothing. I am worrried and very frustrated because what happened if they lost my document because the deadline is already passed 2 months ago

uscis has 0-90 days to respond. typically they’ll respond between 30-90 days. it can go up to 120 days max. after that you start enquiring.

yes, after 5 months, they finally approved

i responsed to RFE and submitted all the documents to the Field Office on July and they updated status to receive the evidence on October

It took them 3 months to actually receive the documents and another 2 months to review the evidence

Ethan, I’m experiencing the same thing. I did my interview July 20, 2022 and they responded they received my RFE August 10, 2022. it been more than 120 days (4 Months) since I did my interview. what your advice for me?

No worries, they will review your evidence eventually. For my case, It took almost 5 months for them to review the documents that I submitted in July

@Ethan I have checked my case on my USCIS Account. it’s saying RFE received on August 10. I tried to expedite the process and they said, “sorry at this time they are unable to expedite the process as my application is still Pending Extended Review by a USCIS officer.”

For me, they received the RFE at the end of August then they reviewed and approved case on November (just last week). You might want to wait for another week or two to see if they update your case

Since they already received your RFE, they will definitely review your documents so dont worry. If they have not received your RFE then you should be worry
