I applied for Naturalization on October 11 2023and was scheduled for an interview on august 21, 2024.
After the interview, USCIS Requested for Evidence. My lawyer submitted all the evidence.
USCIS received my RFE on October 21 2024 . Since then, I haven't heard anything from them.
I have a lawyer who is helping me with my case. What can I do next?

hi! I am the same boat, just waiting less then you, however they have 120 days since the day of examination (your interview) to make a decision. it’s written on the bottom of the letter they give you at the end of the interview with the interview results.
Ig the decision wasn’t made writhing 120 days, you can sue them. Did they confirmed they received the RFEs?
My case went back from “received” the RFE to “being actively reviewed”

@Elenav86 V They didn't ask me anything during my interview. They just told me USCIS would send you the final result. My progress report says 4 weeks until the decision.

@Elenav86 V They haven't told you anything about your case yet. They scheduled a second interview for me. I have an I-751, and they postponed the interview. I already made it through the N-400 interview. Now I'll go for the I-751 in May.

@Luis ortiz no nothing yet, I was issued RFE 2 times in spite of the fact that I brought it all to the interview. I have a month left before I can make an inquiry.
why do they need to do another 751 interview, how come they didn’t do a combo?!
