N400 outside of processing time.
hello Everyone! I filled N400 on 19 May 2020, and I have my biometric 19 April2021, and I am still waiting for interview. my case is out of processing time, filled 4 inquiry with no respond, I am Charleston SC office, they are processing August 2020 now they passed me already!!
what should I do beside keep filling inquiries?
I am 5 years G.C holder lottery if that helps.

hello Hasbi, have you been physically present in the US for those 5 years?
also, naturalization cases take about 2 years on average. it sucks, but welcome to USCIS "great" yet-not-so-great system.😶

good. 🙂 then at this point I think waiting is what you need to do. try to look for things to occupy your mind as you wait because it is rough. but on the other hand, the good news is that you do have permanent residency while you wait for the naturalization. it's a plus compared to immigrants waiting for the GC or other status on a temporary one. 🙂 hang in there. 🙂

I think all the people that applied between April and June 2020 are experiencing delays in their N400.
