I’m not sure what you mean by 1-1 or 1-0 but you have to put all previous marriages between the two of you and yours. so if you were married before one time and are now married that’s 2 marriages you put your ex information and then your current

@freedom 🙏🏼 8. How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages, marriages to other people, and marriages to the same person)? the same person throws me off. Is it like if you got a divorce and remarried that person I guess? then I would put none

if he’s been married 2 times before and then is married to you now that’s 3 marriages,the same person is you. I’m heading to work so I’m not home but when I get him I can check the copies of what I sent and really verify but I’m sure somebody else can collaborate what I said

on my pdf it shows I’m married 1 time and for spouse marital status it says 0 so that’s what I mean by 1-0

it should be 1-1

@nanae s when I put yes for him it’s asking about previous spouse etc so that’s what is confusing

just add yourself it’s only one marriage it’s 1-1 for both of you. they ask so many dumb questions for 5yr rule like why it’s totally unrelated to 3yr rule for which you would have to provide all of those details

ok so I put yes for me that was the first one that ask about me. then it ask for his name etc then for him it asks about marriage too. on my pdf it shows 1 for me and 0 for him. I was just confused because people was saying 1-1 we should both have

put no, because he wasn’t married before you. you are his 1st marriage

all other questions about previous spouse does not apply to you and your husband. so you should put N/A

I am completing mines as well. myself and husband has no other marriages than ours

@nanae s ok I called uscis and she said no. so it auto populated to 0. and she said that’s ok because he wasn’t married before. because I was referring to the pdf because it shows 1-0. but marriages to the same person mean if we was divorced from each other and married again. she said if they do pay attention to that part as much then they would ask me more questions so don’t worry if I put no to previous marriage and it shows 0 for him

And it’s online so it just move to the next when I put no he hasn’t been previously married so it doesn’t show the other question about previous marriage so I can’t put N/A. I only see it on the pdf electronic version after I submit it
