how many years has passed from your original greencard? I ask because it’s closer to 5 years I believe it would be considered that “alone” petition, not married, therefore just your information

it’s been almost two years, my spouse and I are considering going through the 3year route but not sure how crazy the interview might be

just need some insight on how the typical 3 year rule interview goes for someone who does not have an i751 petition
