@abc Singh congratulations. I tap into your blessing. you’ll be doing combo interview and I think your i751 is a waiver. And I wanted to ask also if I can keep calling USCIS about my case. what do you think?

I have also the same situation, my interview got scheduled for N-400 but I-751 is still pending, I have talked to USCIS agent 2 times and asked if it would be combo interview, unfortunately they told me, it would be an interview for N-400 and follow the interview notice. On my interview notice, it is only for N-400, nothing mentioned about to bring a spouse or something like that, and I spoke with EMMA too and I got connected with live agent, gave him the same question and got response the same answer.

@ nbc dhh.. they might do a combo interview for you, it all depends on the officer interviewing, if your i751 file is present, a review will be made and if you satisfy the requirements then that can be recommended for approval. it is not a bad idea to go with your spouse as this can help alot and also if they are needed they can come in nd answer questions. but you should be fine and wish you all the best..

I was scheduled for N400 interview today...and my wife refuse go accompany me to the interview and I went all by my self today and the office is a nice guy...he actually did the pending I 751 interview with me without my been present and told him that..his going to cancel tye N400 and reschedule it back as soon as my I 751 is been approved..he said there will get back to me via mail...I thank God for seeing me through today even without my life present at the interview..please any idea on this kind of situation please share to keep me update..

@sext still congratulations, that's good, atleast you got the I-751 case worked on which is a good thing, was your I-751 converted to a waiver? and did you bring more evidence of marriage with you to the interview? and how long has your I-751 been pending?

@jamie..thank you for your encouragement so far!! yes I wish my self congratulations and am glad I made the first move by the grace of God everything will work out fine!!My I 751 as been pending for over 4years ..no I didn't to do waiver....was just too..lucky..mercy speak for me!!!..I just brought my last year taxes and car Insurance..and house insurance...I pray to God almight to grant the rest for Me

I visited for n400 interview... officer said me you have pending i751... so he opened my i751 file and look at the document....and he said I need some more evidance that can prove your marriage bona fide...... so he said I'll send you RFE.... that was he sent me after 5days but officer canceled n400 interview on the same day...because as you know they need to approve i751 first before approve me n400..

@Abc sorry to hear that, but in the brighter side you have a chance to proof and get a better shot at the approval, also have you ever changed address and filled AR-11 change of address form during the entire duration of your AOS proces up until current?
