N400 Denial Reaffirmed
My N336 was denied on June 30, 2022. The basis for denial is now different from reason for N400. Nevertheless, they only gave reasons to justified their first denial to safe face because they did not call me for clarification as promised during N336 hearing. I have evidences to rebut 2 new major reasons cited for denial but weren't given opportunity to defend it. Rather than seeking district court review, I prefer to reapply with evidence of reasons cited for denial.

They said I ain't declare I have a child I'm the marriage, and that they've no record of my change of my current address. The third one is child support. The problem is my wife used grand child in our last tax but call him son, birth certificate of the child can clear that if I'm called for clarification. Two, I have uscis acknowledge letter for change of my current address in May 2019, but not given opportunity to rebut the claim. Meanwhile, how do they been corresponding with me on same address since 2019, even for my 10-year green card. Third, I gave lot of online purchases and PayPal money transfer to my two kids in Canada but they said only two were before they requested for additional evidence. So you guys can figure out how uscis operates.
