@rocco yes I did not need to file a writ of mandamus, I just applied for N400 then submit more evidences at the interview for N400 since I knew the I752 will be discussed

They will transfer your case any moment from now if they haven’t already because some people don’t get updates when their case is transferred

Just focus on your N-400 because that’s the one they will call you for an interview for which will most likely turn out to be a Combo interview

how long you were married after you obtained the conditional green card?

I don’t recall , I divorced before the removal so less than 2 years

No they automatically transfer your case from the service center so you will have a combo interview

usually the I 751 is pending at the local office .for most cases , what happens is when you Apply for N400 your Interview is always at the local office therefore they know that they require to give you a decision within 3 max 6 months for your N400 so they address both case I751 and N400 at your interview. ( they don’t even have to notice you that they will address both at the same time if you da a I 751 waiver , luckily I was prepared before I attended my N 400 interview which turned to a I751 / N400 interview… by the way it was my 2nd Interview for I751 , my I751 was pending after 1st interview)

Yes just go with your spouse when invited for N-400 interview. Sometimes they go ahead to approve your I-751 before calling for N-400 interview. Either way, your I-751 being transferred is a great thing
