Hey guys, I am currently outside the states. Can I apply for citizenship immediately after returning to the states (I will return in two weeks) or should I wait three months? I will apply under the five-year rule.

i arrived usa on 27th of november 2021 and applied on feb 23rd 2022.

Lmao! did you return to the same state you lived before traveling? if you did then you are exempt. The 90 day thing applies to people that moved to a new state
