so since my i751 interview was still pending, which is the removal of conditions, the officer asked for my spouse who wasn’t present there during my interview. he proceeded to do the N400 civil test with me and I passed it and then told he they needed more evidences that my marriage to my spouse is bonafide which is, we been together for 7years before I came to America in 2019. it was easy to provide those evidences. I submitted 10 more evidences, and my case was approved. RFE( they are requests for evidences)
it’s always good to submit enough documents from the onset.

@Dami o what if I have a pending traffic ticket ? do we have to mention all the dismissal traffic ticket from last ten years.

no, I did both same day. although I don’t get a notice for the i751. I got for the n400 only.
they did both together since the i751 was still pending.
