N 400 US Citizen Thru Marraige Eligibilty
I am a US citizen for many years. My wife and I got married in Nov 2018. But she got her Green Card came in Feb 2021.
So when is she eligible for US Citizenship? I thought it is 3 years from the date of marraige, meaning she should be eligible now. But in the online N400 application it seems like it is counting 3 years from the date of receiving the Green Card.
Does anyone know the correct timing and if N400 is available apart from online application.

after the 3rd year of her green-card anniversary she can be eligible. earliest she can file can be 2 years and 9 months.

That’s very sad because USCIS took 2.5 years to get her Green Card from marraige which is a delay on their side and now her citizenship will be delayed due to their lacking.

I don’t think it was conditional. Since, it was a 10 year GC. Is there a way to figure out Conditional?

10 years is not conditional

look at the GC issuing date, if it's been 3 years since the issuing date then she can file, otherwise she will have to wait. It's how long she had the GC not how long she's been married
