N-400 oath ceremony cancelled but was never schedule in the fist place.
Hello. did anyone here receive an update that Oath ceremony was cancelled when it was never scheduled in the first place. what is the reason for this? Please share your experiance.

@Flex acer same thing happened to me today. i was in line for Oath ceremony to be scheduled, but today online status changed to “oath ceremony cancelled”. whats your status now ?

I was never schedule or should I say I was never sent an oath ceremony date. I just saw a notification that, the scheduled oath ceremony has been cancelled and placed in line for another

@Flex acer ok. mine was also “oath ceremony will be scheduled” but not actualy schedualled. yesterday it changed to “Oath ceremony cancelled”. i am worried whats going on , is it normal or somthing else ?

@ M.F No, my status indicates that I have been placed in line for oath ceremony. Probably they are waiting to get more people in other to have a group naturalization ceremony. what state are you in?

you can google ‘upcoming naturalization ceremonies dates in Illinois’. if your state do the ceremonies in the courts, you may find it on the court’s website.

Hi, same has just happened to me, after the oath ceremony scheduled, just received a letter from uscis, saying that due to unforeseen circumstances oath ceremony is cancelled, I don’t know what’s going on, I have everything in order! I spend more that 200 days without a response about the decision they take, after passing the interview, hope have a positive answer!
