N-400/ i-751
my Online status for N-400 is “oath ceremony will b scheduled” and they put my case in line for Oath ceremony from almost 1 month . But for my I-751 case status is still “fingerprints has been taken “ from last 6 months. i am worried whats going on. are both case approved and i will have to wait for Oath ceremony schedule or is there somthing wrong with i-751 ? even i called USCIS nomber and talked with live representative , he said You r in Oath line. i am so worried why i-751 status is still same from last 6 months. is there any way how can i check when is my Oath ceremony going to b scheduled ??

@M.F @Ch Did you do a name change?

@Rocco Forté yes

@M.F @Ch That’s the reason. Name changes delay your oath ceremony because they have to do a background check on the new name you wanna go by. So you are just waiting. Please be patient. Congratulations

@Rocco Forté thank You. but i am worried about my i-751. is it approved or not yet ?
Rocco FortéApr 28, 2023
@M.F @Ch Don’t be worried at all. You won’t be in line for an oath ceremony of your I-751 wasn’t approved. Just try not to get arrested to get a ticket before the oath ceremony is complete 😂
