N-400 Expedited Request. approved or not?
I recently called USCIS to Expedite my N-400 for a humanitarian reason. USCIS called me the next day and asked me more questions about the request and send this email shortly after the call. Does it mean the expedited request was approved or not? “Dear xxxx, Thank you for your inquiry dated June 01, 2023. Our system shows that a Service Request was created for you on June 1, 2023, regarding the status of your N-400 Application for Naturalization. Your Service Request was assigned to the National Benefit Center and given Referral ID number XxxxxxxxMSC. If you do not receive a response to your inquiry or further notice concerning your case within 30 days, please contact the USCIS Contact Center with a secure message from your USCIS online account inbox located under the MyAccount menu. If you are having technical issues with accessing your account, go to my.uscis.gov/account/v1/needhelp to submit a request for assistance. If you have any other questions, please visit the USCIS Contact Center, where you can access our online tools 24/7. If you move, you must update your address with USCIS within 10 days using our online tool at uscis.gov/addresschange, and in your USCIS Online Account. it means they have received your request and the officer that has been assigned your case will look into it and make a determination if you qualify or not. You will get an email or mail from uscis asking you to submit supporting documents. if approved or denied you will get an email for it

did you get a reply yet? I applied for expedite also and they sent me an email the day after asking me to send proof which I did but no reply or update as yet
