N-400 Biometric Question
Hi, maybe someone can help answer this question. I submitted the N-400 for my mom few days ago. My mom flew back home yesterday and today she gets the Biometric appointment scheduled for 26 Aug. Can she do it in her home country where she is now instead thanks RB

I doubt that , usually the letter states where the appointment is taking place

correct it does but when I reschedule can I change the location? like maybe perform it at the U.S Embassy

No, you cannot reschedule your biometric appointment to a different location (unless you have changed address) or to a different country (aka the US embassy). What you can do is reschedule the appointment to a date that she can make it.
