It’s absolutely infuriating how USCIS can take years to decide on a case involving a 15-plus-year relationship, a seven-year-old child, and a five-year marriage—all while knowing that my father was American before birth! What more evidence do they need?
This isn’t some rushed or questionable situation; it’s a family that’s been firmly established for years. The fact that USCIS drags its feet despite clear, overwhelming proof of legitimacy is a disgrace. Families like this shouldn’t have to live in limbo because of bureaucratic inefficiency. It’s not just a delay—it’s emotional and financial torture. Decisions like these shouldn’t take months, let alone years. Families deserve better.

yes they take forever and discrimination is in built in uscis each govt has defferent priorities no matter what they say on TV .

@Luis Ortiz @We❤️509 HTI Mines says that is taking longer too. Last month showed me how many days until desicion but now no days is showing. I believe people with i751 pending is taking longer than the ones with i751 approved. It is so frustrating this uncertainty

@Luis Ortiz my I-751 had a 4 year extension and my N-400 also has an extension on the receipt! I’m not too worry I just want this done and over with.
