@S hopefylly praying i think it’s available only for newer cases. For example my EAD and AP had that tool available however my I485 doesn’t show anything

@jc jc I submitted AP EAD and i485 in OCTOBER 2023, when did you submit your cases? does your block start with MSC?

@S hopefully praying yes my block is MSC for I485 the AP and EAD which I could track the process were IOE
