@Hussain you mixed it all) there is only a difference between receipt date and notice date. first when you application was received and second when the notice of action was issued.

my case is adjusted of status petition under my son 23 years old are in the navy and I have a 26 years old daughter and a baby daughter of 13 years. I come here 27 years ago with a visa laser and stay under expire.

the only 2 days that matter: are receipt date and priority date. notice date mean nothing

when the priority date becomes current than receipt date matters. and you should count processing time from receipt date

AE IOU just get the notice card to complete the form I-693 was is refer to get the medical examination and keep all doctors card report and the form ready for the interview with immigration officer appointment.

@Cindrella, when did you complete the biometrics? and when did you receive I-693 notice?

AE IOU I was having biometric appointment in August 12 and I received I-693 notice October 14 I'm already take the 1st covid 19 shot the second covid shot are in November 9 and my medical appointment is in November 17 the cost are $365 for the exam plus the required shot price are separate in total going to be $450 the office doctor have the form I-693 and the office filled all the information is included in the price of the medical exam.
