@The Burrell-Robinson’s 🇯🇲🏳️‍🌈 I have seen people sending an expedited request so they could travel because family members were sick. Their approval came months after that sick member passed away. The USCIS is a joke. It simply doesn’t care about anyone.

Tell your wife to make an infopass appointment & go to the field office. Take all the documents & explain the situation. They will approve it quickly.

I have tried to expedite my case many times with valid reasons but I never get response even once, so don't expect your expectations on USCIS, my case pending for approval already 24 months I never even got approval. my wife apply travel documents already 5 months till now she never get travel documents. my friend apply spouse visa for Japan he got visa in just 6 months without interview, he always laugh on USA visa system. kind of disappointed 😞☹️ .

Thousands of people file for expidited cases every day. You go to the end of the line of those, not the front. Everyone here seems to act like they are the only ones waiting. Quit taking it personally and saying that USCIS is trying to be mean for fun. It’s a long wait. You knew this when you began the process. Relax and be patient. Your time will come after the people in front of you are come first. Remember that every case is unique.

@april 2022 you are around 1.6yrs. that’s still in the normal processing time. My lawyer told upfront to expect up to 2yrs because that is what is normal.
