@Victoria R Florida. No interview. I don't know, but we were at USCIS together some time ago on another petition and maybe it had some effect...

я думала сразу дают гринку,после подтверждения i-730(тоже очень жду интервью,в Августе сдавала i-730 форму..

@Shokhida kh нет, они дают статус и далее все как с основным апликантом (подавать через год на Грин карту. ну или раньше)

извините за беспокойствие,у меня еще один вопрос.Я уже давно отпечатки пальцев сдала,но здесь в приложении не показывает,что сдала.Только (Submission to USCIS) показывает.Может им надо письмо отправить?

@74 Rus hi! do you know by any chance when are you allowed to apply for a GC for your wife after her I-730 is approved? I heard you have to be physically present in the US for 1 years after approval, is it true?

@Victoria R nope, still says fees were waived. USCIS says average processing is 14 months now. how about you? any updates?

@Victoria R yes this is true. I think you can apply at any time. It is important that when the officer considers your application, the period is more than 1 year.
