My wife EAD was approved yesterday,
her employer filled our case together since am her dependent. is our case not meant to be approved together? is there anything wrong because my EAD is yet to be approved?

No, you are two different cases and treated individually. I have a friend that her case was sent to LIN while her husband (dependent)'s case was sent to NBC.
