thanks! the interview was on March 18th, but they approved it yesterday

My case was transferred from NSC to NBC. The field office was Miami.

almost 4 months ! These people are nuts . Congrats 🍾🎉, at least it finally came. that’s all that matters. was your status still “interview was scheduled “ even after the interview?

@sal thanks! right after the interview they updated the case to "Case is being actively reviewed". I feel blessed anyways because I've seen people waiting over a year for the approval or that are required to go to a 2nd interview.

is your marriage less than 2 years? we have the same filing date but I didn't even receive interview date and am thinking probably because my marriage is longer than 2 years.

@ss lo we will be married 3 years as of Aug 2022. we did not receive an interview date for his visa either. we are done with USCIS. submitted information and processed payment for NVC in June. we are awaiting interview date for his visa.

when the beneficiary is not in USA, the process is different: first the USCIS approval, then the case is transferred to the NVc and you need to do that process and the interview is abroad. Mine was different because we're in USA
