hello
my Vawa case is pending (my spouse is LPR) I would like to send my AOS now (is that possible)
am I going to be able to receive the EAD and Advance Parole even though he is a LPR and my Vawa is still pending?

at this momemnt uscis is not letting people file i485 (spouse of lpr) as date of filing is not current.
