@r d looking at portings may be end of FY 2027 (around summer 2027). if there are more portings between now and 2027 then it moves further. Also depends on next goverment, it its Pres. Trump then the department will be slow plus portings will be less (as historically they issued lot of RFE in L1A and EB1 140 and denied petitions by interpreting law super strictly), so lot of variables.

@G C may be next bulletin if they are strictly following quarterly visa numbers. if not then hopefully before this FY closes
