@Lucio Mansilla I am preparing my application for EB1. Do you suggest concurrent filling of all forms or should I submit I-140 first with premium processing?

@J B my lawyer reccomended me to start with the i140, to get the case approved (with premium processing). Once I received the approval she started the other forms (i765, i485 and i-131, at the same time).
