MY STATUS ON USCIS WEBSITE

Hi everyone, My status on the USCIS website says "your case is status is unavailable at this time. we are working to get you the accurate information as soon as possible. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Does anybody has the same experience to share please. Thank you.

I have had the same status for weeks now not sure what's wrong, check if the case history shows all your previous status updates. I check my status here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

I called Uscis today and spoke with an assistant and she told me there’s an issue with the website and they’re solving it and that they don’t have a due time when it’s going to be fixed

hello my case is same thing I have my i751 and n400 together in the account but I can see the n409 but not the other one . i called uscis today and they told me it's pending and the actively reviewing it and that is why it can't be view . that I should get an update soon. plus I got a 4 years extension reciept which is yet to arrive

I barely sent my I751 2 weeks ago... received the txt from USCIS with my case # and also received the letter. I still can't check the status because it says it's unavailable or an error message pops up on the screen... right now im using somebody's(random) case number that is close to mine to keep track for updates 😅 until mine starts working
