@K V kindly reply i am US citizen i filed for my wife her case is in NVC now i applied for my 2 years baby recently baby case is at USCIS it is not approved . can i apoly for K 4 visa for my child to come with her mother and live here . is k3 visa ( spouse) isnecessary for k4 visa ( child )
