my sister is 13 years old.. i have apllied for my Mom i130
Hello,
I am in the process of completing the nvc application for my mom.My sister is 13 year old will she be granted a visa as well with my mom?
if so do I need to do anything in my moms application to ensure of this?

No, ur mom have to fillout an application for her as soon as she get her ssn in US.

she's under 21, she will get it together with your mom. Your mom has to put her name on the paper work

You should add you sister as a dependent on your nvc application. she'll get the visa since she's still a minor

@J d when u're us citizen and u apply for ur spouse and ur manor dauther o son u have to make an application for each one. so there's not way to get it together. there's 3 immediate categories, under 21 age childrens, spouse and mother and father.

you can file for your sister but it will takes years so it's best to have your mom file for her when she gets her green card faster process
