My RFE response was delivered to the correct USCIS office on Oct 21, but no acknowledgment yet. Deadline is Nov 4. Has anyone experienced this? How long did USCIS take to confirm receipt?
Anyone experienced delays in USCIS acknowledging an RFE response?
My RFE response was delivered to the correct USCIS field office via USPS Priority Mail Express on October 21, and I have official proof of delivery.
However, USCIS hasn’t acknowledged receipt or updated my case status. My deadline is November 4, and I’m getting a little anxious.
I contacted USCIS, but they only advised me to wait 30–60 days for an update.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long did it take for USCIS to acknowledge receipt? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences!

I had similar experience with washington field office. I had to do a congressional inquiry to get an acknowledgment out of
them. You can try it. It should work.

Dont worry. Thats what they have been doing recently. I have not got any case update after sending medical.
