My RFE Response came back from the USCIS to my mail box and they stamped the RFE letter with the stamped with Action Completed Approved for filling. Anyone experienced that?
Why/what if my rfe response came back from USCIS by mail with the stamp on the original RFE letter: action completed approved for filling? - the RFE was about my certified copies of Marriage Certificates? They did not uploaded to my online USCIS account.

@July Filer I sent 2 certified copies and 2 copies made by my home printer, they returned everything but did not scanned it to my USCIS online account

yes, to RFE recieved when I uploaded it online. there were not originals, these were certified copies provided by the county and the state
