@C. W. disregard the progress tab. It's the most inaccurate thing you'll ever come across. It'll go up and down giving false hope. Just before getting my approval it was at 7 months. The day I got the approval notification, it went up to 21 months! Right now, if you're a USC, expect your I130 to take about 14.5 months from the date you filed to get approved.

Hi @Vanessa P I just wanted to clarify something on your comment, you said that “if you are a USC expect your I130 to take 14.5months” I am assuming you mean if the person that filled is a USC right? Does the approval process depend on who filled it?

@Nyuma 🇺🇸x 🇿🇲 yes I mean U.S. citizen when I say USC. Approval timing depends on your category. Permanent residents filing takes a much longer time.
