My PD is Feb/28/2020 . They’ve approved the GC for my wife and daughter last September 07 , but my process didn’t move forward. What do you guys think with this new bulletin that just came out ?

only my wife and daughter got approved last 09/07/2023 . USCIS approved their cards but didn’t send yet . My case didn’t approve yet
