Excuse me, I have a question. Did you receive the decision after the fingerprints or were there more notices between the fingerprints and the decision?

we sent the immigration an inquiry last November 2024 why the case was taking long via Uscis online account and they responded that an agent was assigned the case. fingerprints were taken in September 2023
