My mother’s case is from September 28th 2022. We already did all the steps but we are still waiting for an interview since October, 2023! Literally so close yet so far 🫥

@Justin Trinidad My God, how long do you wait for a process that is considered “immediate relative”, regrettable, what is your embassy? From what I saw browsing here, people who had their DQ case in October 2023, received the interview letter just 1 month later, at the RJ embassy in Brazil
Justin TrinidadMay 22, 2024
The embassy is in Dominican Republic, no idea why we are waiting for so long
N CunhaMay 23, 2024
@Justin Trinidad It's probably full, have you tried to get in touch to see if everything is ok with the case? its waiting time is really very long. Did you receive a letter from the NVC stating that the case is documentally complete?
I wish you good luck, everything will work out.
Justin TrinidadMay 24, 2024
yes i got it documentally qualified on October 07th 2023.
How do I get in contact with them?

hi My mother is in Dq aguest 2022, when is my mother's interview date?
N CunhaMay 27, 2024
@Justin Trinidad generally people use email, either from the embassy or the NVC itself, but if you are sure you are documentarily qualified, they will just tell you to wait
N CunhaMay 27, 2024
@tahereh Karimi damavandi It depends on which embassy you are at, but they don't say if it's full or how long it should take, they just tell us to wait.
